Dead Frontier 3D Review

Dead Frontier is a zombie survival MMORPG. It just entered 3D beta but 2D is still a playable option. Its super addicting, fun to play, and challenging. Its a very polished game even though its still beta.

If you like old school games like Diablo and Gauntlet, then you will like Dead Frontier since its similar. Instead of typical wizards, warriors, archers, there are weapon proficiencies. Become a shotgunner, machine gunner, melee fighter, etc... or combine them all into one character. Tons of character classes, weapons ranging from Melee, Shotguns, Heavy Machine Guns, Sub Machine Guns, Sniper Rifles, Handguns, ETC... with tons of limited edition weapons to collect. There is also tons of body armor to aquire, and its multiplayer with optional PvP.

There are many different Zombie types and you sometimes have to battle 50+ zombies at once. This game is about heavy fire power and there is nothing more satisfying then gunning down a massive swarm with a gatling gun or fully automatic shotgun. Weapons are real world and they perform like they would in the real world.

This game does have a premium membership but its by no means necessary. You arent at a major disadvantage if you choose not to buy. You can still buy all the weapons that premium members get or even find them out in the city. Premium memberships only speeds up leveling, frequency of finding items in the city, and it gives you 200 credits a month which are valued at about 200,000 in game cash. There is also no major download, just a simple unity player which takes less them a minute to download. Game plays in your web browser.
