I don't know if it would work as a client based MMO, really. I mean, there are loads of other farming based browser games out there with a playerbase of 500k people. I think it would be bloody boring to look at your screen all day and watching those vetgetables grow. On facebook and others you can come back once in a while. Ofcourse, with client based you can also play windowed if you like, but I don't think it's going to have that much attraction. Besides, almost 60% of the games have a crafting skill which allows you to farm whenever you feel like it. I might be pesimistic, but again, I don't think it will work out that great.

i dont think that will work, you will get a very small playerbase.

That'll target quite a niche audience... it'll probably also turn out to be more of a social MMO than anything else (including farming) :x

I wish there was a Harvest Moon Online but there isnt one.
it would work

If you want to work in a farm just go and work in one rather then play simulators like butt whipping simulator or Wood gathering simulator lol's sometimes It is appropriate to say GET a Damn Life...
