i am from europe i downloaded the global version of maplestory and when i try to install it says "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". whats the problem??

You're IP blocked from Global Version because it shares with North-America's version. Europeans have their own server, which is why they're IP blocked from Global/NA.
