I have been doing this for World of Kung Fu mainly "sign up" offers, sometimes a questionairy, was able to make about 100 gold per 30 min (100 gold=$10) and could do it all day long. So make account,make e-mail, do offers, earn points, restart router(changes my ip), clear cookies with ccleaner, repeat with new account and e-mail.
