Wasn't Ijji that company with that horribly reactor software thing? They were really really bad publishers then. I've never experienced so much lag in games before.
Aeriagames is a really good publisher actually. Their support is good and their servers don't lag at all and the prices aren't even that high. They are a bit strict about rules and ban you quite fast if you don't obey them. The worst thing about them is that once an MMORPG loses its player base they just close it immediately.
