Just tried now, server is down. (using webstart and standalone client)
You also can't make a new topic because the forums aren't integrated properly with the main website. I'm logged in, but it says only registered users with one character are allowed to make new topics. Since I can't login to make one, it's useless to try your MMORPG or report bugs.
