Last time I played Mabinogi, the combat had changed drastically with the inclusion of the alchemist skills. But honestly even then it was pretty much advanced magic or range if you wanted to actually fight someone.

I played it long time ago and wasn't all that impressed. My good friend was really hooked back then and has recently started playing it again because it popped up on Steam. I might give it a go again as well. Haha.
And now the american version is the one for europe too.. and.. it's strange.
loved to play it while it was on eu then they deleted my character ;(
