The gold farming and power leveling 'studios' in China are literally like a slave holding cell. The people are brainwashed into taking very low pay and can never get out of it (and take like 12 hours shifts) because they're brainwashed..
Also, these same studios operate in just about every version of every game out there. Notice that 99% of power leveling/gold service in NA and other games is offered in BROKEN English and with a CHINESE qq number.. These SOBs are the reason that there is such a thing as gold selling/spamming or power leveling services..
Look at TERA. They IP blocked China (and other Asian countries) and there is no gold spam there at all. Then, look at Aion NA. It allows EVERY country to play, including those with their own version, and its jam packed of bots and spammers and power levelers. I was in 1 area leveling and saw like 5 bots in unison just grinding and getting loot, and its the same just about everywhere you go in Aion.. It's because NCSoft decided to let everyone play.
