I take my ipod and headphones pretty much everywhere. sometimes I bring my laptop in my backpack.
Just my phone.. Don't have a need for anything else whilst I'm out.
My s4 does everything I need. So just one.
One or two, my phone and iPod. Most of the time I just leave my iPod in my car, though.
Phone. That is all.

if so I change my vote to 2.
Just my phone. Might do my vita to once the FFX HD releases.
Mostly my phone. When I go to the park, I leave it at home, so I won't get tempted to take sneek pics of topless boys and be labeled as a creeper.
I still do that at times, though...
