Let me explain why:
Firstly I wanted to have his name sound magical something a little mystical even.
Secondly the play of letters between Caballarius and Centaur goes well together.
Lastly Caballarius means Rider in Latin, which makes sense since its a half man half horse....
I think the girl should be called Cordelia because it sounds strong and pretty because if she will be the chief she must sound strong
