i got a question about la tale

I here the game has lag problems for certain people

i am on the east coast so would i get lag? i dont do pvp only pve but i need something to do so i was wondering if the game is still laggy?

and how active and soloable is the game?

Game is pretty active. I went from 1-145+/- and found/made groups easily for dungeons. You can also solo dungeons and get exp that way but you'd be better off in a group. It's still possible though. I did get lag occasionally but I don't know whether it was just me or the actual game wasn't that game breaking though.

Back in the day it was really lagged but last time I tried it out it wasn't.
