Go to the hospital. Get some stitches. The same thing happened to me while I was playing football and jumped over a bush. Didn't even realise the huge amount of blood I loss till the middle of the next play.

Did you try tying a tourniquet to stop the bleeding? First I'd suggest cleaning up the wound otherwise you'll get an infection, put a bandage, if the bandage doesn't work then tie the tourniquet.
