My current email is 7 years and only 5% you need to relax a little buddy. Then again I go crazy with sorting stuff. Your inbox is like 46k, mine is 3.
Multiple times a day I'll read my inbox and check to see if spam is all spam and delete what I know for sure is spam, keeps it all clean and never lose important stuff.
