I recently had a chance to play the hour-long Solasta: Crown of the Magister demo, with their Kickstarter starting shortly. It’s a free demo, but I got to try it just a little early to see what I think about it. For the most part, my impressions are very positive. You get a feel for the characters, you get to make a few choices about dialogue, and there is plenty of time to get adjusted to the game’s movement, combat, and stealth systems.

I love games like this, and for a Kickstarter demo, they've got a lot on the ball. I highly recommend checking it out if you're even remotely a fan of CRPGs.
