this video made me laugh.. A LOT! btu some people sa you shouldn't laugh at it because he has tourett syndrom, but i am laughing at the thing he says. So is it okay to laugh at it or not? Because i don't want to come across being a person who laughs at disabled people.

I know i do, but I heard that he didn't have touret syndrom and he was just drunk and crazy, which would make a lot more sence because i don't think people with touret syndrom get that mad that easily.
