An easy question, please help.

Ok, I have been wondering what makes most FSO games, the icon is always the same, it is used for games like Terra World, Trax World, Hibernia, Ub33town etc. etc.

Now, I would realy like to get this engine and make a game of my own. I am getting most basics with other games, but I'm still wondering what that icon represents (name of engine) and how can I obtain it. I am just asking this because it has been worrying me for quite long, and I guess it's time to learn :)

Apparently it uses the FSO engine, or the First Star Online engine...
