Some Korean Ghost Online questions

I have it downloaded and installed, both Korean and Japanese versions.

Japanese is closed, so that leaves Korean, or download TW.

Going to ask questions that I might need answered later:
Can I have save the game anywhere, or does the website only look in a set directory?
Is the language pack 100% needed? I played jMS without the language pack(Lvl 88 DK, 80 Hermit, no japanese language pack).
Is the release date known for the English version?
When will the Japanese version be in open beta/full game?
