You have 3 major parts to train. Your legs, back and front. Your arms are smaller and when you work your delts or other body parts your arms are worked as well. Most times in working out it is suggested to work the larger grouped muscles before the smaller. Such as working your delts with the over head press and then move into something like the arm curl for your bicept or arm press for your tricepts.
