Nice and fast at long range. The further away I was, the less guilt I would feel. Plus, sic a rabid squral on it, you'd have to put it down anyways.
Depends. If it were a pug, then yes. Anything as cute (or cuter than) as the picture you posted above is a crime against humanity.
