Where Can I Find Warcraft ROC and TFT?

Hello. I'm new here. Can someone send me a link to download Warcraft III: Reign Of Chaos and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne game client? This is because my computer can't scan any Compact Disc so I can't install the game :( :(
