I keep hearing that it is not good to overtrain yourself. what happen if you do?
Well depending on how much you overdue it, a few things can happen
Going from less painfull to most painfull
1:unnesasary sorness
2: pulling muscles
3: pulling something other then a muscle
4:riping/tearig your muscles(not in the way there intedened to do when weighttraining.
Will you lose strenght instead of gaining, if you overtrain?
Ok so if I curl 10 pounds and use resistance band constanly. And I do so every day. IS that consider overtraining?
hard to tell, overtraining can only be measured when people know your physical condition. For athletes, overtraining takes a lot more, compared to someone who occasionaly rides a bike f.e.
Is it overtraining if I curl a 10 pound weight and do resistance band for about an hour. Wait 4 hours then come back to train again. If I do this everyday is it consider overtraining?
Over training of the muscles can cause weight issues as well ..yes u be macho man but inside its like ur a 40 stone lump of lard ..the muscles will cause pressure to the heart causing strokes/attacks etc and also the bones maybe affected causing bone collapse
could be wrong about some parts i read about it somewhere and it was something like that
its not overtraining if u can take more
but if u cant take more but u wanna go to the limits until you copallse then thats going over the limits.
i tried it once i went extremely sore and i missed 1 day of school
