GE doesn't feel that grindy IMO. I got to the late 30's during closed beta. And I didn't even play the whole time. You fight so many monsters at a steady and sometime even overwhelming rate. On the plus side since you have 3 characters you always got your back.

You can only AFK level your characters in the starting lvels~ once you hit around 30, the mosters can hit you down to the ground, and the auto attack command resets itself.
yer GE is grindy coz after lvl 20 in closed beta i gt reli bored coz i thought it was reli unintrestin. but its a reli gd game for the obsesive mmorpg gamer.
i'd giv it a 7/10
max lvl 99 then afer that u can increase stats like merit points in Final Fantasy XI and i diddnt find the grind to bad till 45+ its not so bad as long as youve got an active guild to talk to and now theres going to be more quests and hopefuly more instances so itlll give you something to do inbetween the grind this is got to be one of the most unique games out there, and i played it 4 years ago i think when it was in Korean Closed beta
