Would anyone be kind enough to make me something

I was wondering if I could get a signature and matching avatar.
To start I don't have a render, sorry but I suck at finding good pictures for people to work with.

I made a little form so people wouldn't have to think hard(maybe still will)
Not trying to give orders just throwing ideas out.

Ideas or wishes:
1.Animes I like(just for a suggestion): Outlaw star, naruto*itachi rocks*, trigun, dragonball z*woot for gohan*, and bleach. I didn't want to list 100 things.

2.Colors(don't have to use these just throwing someone): Red, white, black , red & black, gold & black blue & black, and gold & silver If you can making something else work better ahead don't let me hold you back

3.things I like(optional)roses, black roses, fire, demon eyes glowing red, lighting, camouflage

4Other:
Maybe put my name on it small somewhere?
If you use 2 different pictures, please makesure they atleast seem to go together.
I don't have anything to do so I can wait forever,
id rather not have animation,but if you can work it in good,thanks.
