I may go on a protein-diet. Just because of the fact I feel as if I'm getting unhealthy and I lack protein in the food I currently eat. I'm not fat or anything, I'm at average weight at my age.
I'm 12.4 stone at 6,2ft
Plus I feel as if my hair is getting to dry on some occassions, but then oily on others.
So yeah, anything you reccomend?
