A company has developed a head piece that can read brain waves. To test the product, they simply created a mod for HL2 in which you levitate, pull, throw, or drop physics objects.
It's very interesting, I must say.
Oh wow but how would you play games that are extremely fast paced, I doubt a 10 year old would have the brain power to play these kind of games.

I've seen this technology before, theirs allot of research thats been developed on this device, so its not exactly new, news :p But its some of the coolest things I've ever seen, I think there are a universities you can go to and apply as a participant for this device as a lab rat :D
