Ermm, Okay let me say u something, hte thing is not wich one is the fastest leveling, its the more adicting one. If u love the fighting Gameplay and that when u train u actually Enjoy it, now u found ur game. But oh well, for a fast leveling one, id say Darkeden( the old one ) or any * Holy sht i cant spell it sorry* Servers.

I have to disagree with most of the people here.
Grind is the repitition of basic movements to kill monsters that require no real skill or effort, for the sheer purpose of gaining EXP to level.
If you have a game that is say, entirely made up of quests and missions and raids, you might never encounter grind, but that would be completely unrelated to the speed you level up at. You might level fast or slow. It has nothing to do with grind.
You can play a game that levels fast, even if it's all made up of grind. That's still a high-grind game- the percentage could easily be up to 80% grind. So it's not a low grind game, but you level up quickly.

In my opinion grind is killing a certain ammount of mobs to level. This normaly involves staying in the same spot and just clicking a new enemy everynow and then. However if you didn't grind for very long before reaching the cap OR if your levels increase quickly compared to the ammount of grinding you are doing.
Vice-versa games that level in differant ways and contain little grind can take ages to level if the game is high in content.

OnTopic: try Supreme Destiny/With Your Destiny i think it takes around 30 minutes to reach level 20 from when you begin. (AND GRINDY)
Also conquer is fairly fast. (AND GRINDY)
Basically, I say that grind is repetition of the same boring task, whether it be quests, killing, farming, running around, selling things, talking, finding parties, or whatever. If it's repetitive in a boring or annoying manner, then it can be classified as grind.

So basically, whether or not you enjoy training/doing things in a game determines whether it's grindy or not. I've met people who thought that PS' with 5000x rates were grindy, and I've met people who have played WoW and thought that it was easy to level. It all just depends on you and your preferences.
Personally, I have never played a game in which I enjoyed leveling or doing much of anything of that sort, but whatever.
