I found this video amazing.
This company developed software that dynamically run through an images and deletes/adds pixels (based on sizing up or down) to allow a user to redefine the images proportions with out the need of cropping to maintain similar original proportions. I especially loved the part were they where able to simply make someone "disappear" from the world.
