Looks more like a head crab to me. XD
Anyway, I think it's a wet potato, probably a species that is usually very white. Those tentical like thinks are the roots of the potato sprouting.

Edit: I think Hitman comes out next week sometime. I have 3 days off (Thanksgiving Vacation)...so, I will go see it for sure :P
