I know probably all of you have heard of this movie, it is coming out this Friday. I got to say that I am 18 almost 19 and I really want to see the movie, it looks so funny! I love how they have brought it up to date, and well I just loved the TV show, movies and my mum use to play the Christmas CD during Christmas (and still does).

I loved that too, but my favorite from the trailers was when Dave hears Alvin in the washer and he says I was waiting for the rinse cycle.

Well Czzarre if you want to get technical, every single big movie this year was either a comic, movie or book. Look at 300, The Golden Compass or Spiderman.
Almost no movies now adays are new. If they are not one of those then they are based off a true story. (pursuit for happiness)
I bet next they'll make a new live action movie of hee-man :D or even thundercats

I think they should make a Calvin and Hobbes movie, too.
That has some potential, strangely enough. But, I doubt it would ever work out. The cleverness of that cartoon was only ever enough for 3-4 panels.Quote:

I agree, i dont get why the hell everyone else is getting ****ing excited over this, it looks plain ******ed..i liked the old cartoons but that was a long time ago and they might as well call this movie ''******ed chipmunks mooching off some white guys house'' it doesnt really seem to even deserve the name of some old cartoon, it has no refference to it at all.Quote:
