What is considered a long distance call? If so how much do they charge?
I'm not sure, but its usually out of state calls. Like if your in NY, and your calling somebody in CA.
Fees..I wouldn't know of.

Depends on provider but I thought there was one or two where you can call anywhere in U.S. and Canada and it doesn't count as long distance.
AFAIK Comcast offers free long distance anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
But Manic is right, anything outside of your area code could be considered long distance.
