My favourite series has to be Miss Dynamite or something like that, its erm... unsuitable for minors though. :p
The Decline of Video Gaming was a pretty good series too and Final Fantasy A++ was an awesome flash. :D There was also those touching Korean flashes with bunnies and stuff but they weren't exactly directly from Newgrounds. They were "There she is!" and the other title was something about fish.
EDIT: Oh yeah I remember the Pico games where you escaped/saved school or something. :D

My fav currently is Momentum missile mayhem 2
Glad to see a lot of love for Adam Phillips and his work, the man is amazing with Flash. Brackenwood looks better than a lot of professional animation I have seen.
