3 years Priston Tale, my first MMORPG, I think.

Ragnarok Online 3-4 years.

Runescape for 30 seconds.

Hero Online. (June 2006 - November 2007)

However long maple global has been out (starting with cb cause i played in that).

Runescape - 3 years, Conquer Online - 2 yrs

Well, recently, I've started Monster Hunter and I've only stopped playing for 1 day and it's been a month so far. Still going ^^

Yeah, my longest is on Ragnarok aswell.
I started around iRO beta and ended like last year.

the thing with ragnarok is that the community is really good no matter the server....so even after i found the game to be a pile of crap after 2years i started for another 6months cause of my guild etc

Since the poster specified games and not MMORPGs, I would say Magic: The Gathering. I played it from 1993 (alpha) to 2000.

Diablo II steady for about first 5 years then off and on after that. Nothing has even come close; I think next closest would be Albatross 18 been playing that for over a year; since mid season 1.

I played Continuum pretty much steady since I was 16. So like 5 years straight, but then lately I don't really play it much anymore. Theres just so many games to try. D: In the game on my main name my usage is 4997 hours. since 2002.

World of Warcraft since the Beta of the first and still playing so now and then so that's about 4 years or maybe even more hehe:D

Flyff for 2 years.
Domo for 5 months (ever since EU-Closed Beta started).

Star Wars Galaxies(I'm talking pre-cu): 1yr
