These people are makeing mmorpgs the most dangerous place to flurt on the universe. people are starting to denominate mmorpgs as Many Men Online Role Playing Girls, and this is also makeing inposible to find a couple on the thing that you love to do the most.
what do you think about this people?

i have to admit though... in some games i do check out the female character models. whereas male armor is all huge spikes and plate steel, female armor always resembles three paperclips fastened together by string. totally impractical.
:edit: about three years ago when i played Mu online i played asa famela character because the classes were gender based.
i had a very strange experience. my scantily clad archer was levelling on some mobs, i was also looking for some decent loot so i could buy the next set of junk for my character whenshe levelled. some mega high level guy came past in his +1million power of god whatever and said hi, so naturally i said hi back and carried on doing what i was doing.
then he started asking me a bunch of questions, they started off innocent "whats your level, how long you been playing, what country are you from, can i add you to my buddy list"...wait what???? thats when i realised he was trying to flirt with me. i cracked a bunch of lame jokes and he gave me some free gear, so i said "hey thanks, you are so kind" and then he said something about me being really nice and i said "aww thats sweet ^^" then he invited me into a party with some dudes from his guild. they were all super high level and i was getting killer xp, natch!
anyways this went on for about an hour and i swear to god he was hitting on me, then i had to break it to him that i was a guy because 1) i felt guilty, 2) it was weird as **** and 3) we were about three sentences away from him asking for my email and stuff.
so, in conclusion... i cant even remember what i was trying to bring to the discussion with this story. but oh well there it is.

I made a good online friend for picking at a female character about being male irl, which she is not. Dating online is stupid unless you're merely roleplaying, but I don't see any problem with meeting someone from online and date in real life.
If you can exercise good judgment, speaking with someone online regularly provides pretty good perspective of a person.
Edit: You need to rethink your reasoning if you think inability to have sex is the dumb thing about dating online.
