You mean it's on the sole? The underside of a shoe is its only rubber part, so I'm assuming that's what you mean. Why does it matter then? No one but you will ever see it.

Haha I honestly didn't know what they were gonna write on my shoe. I let them though so it was my mistake. I have vans slip ons so you CAN see what they wrote and if a teacher sees it I may get in trouble. I'm sure one of these suggestions will do it though. Thanks everyone.

is a little strange?
Take a marker, the kind used in the initial writing, and scribble over it. Then use the nail polish remover again. Now you'll just barely see some marker, but no word.
If you want it completely gone, I agree with trying to scrape it off with some sandpaper. Take a high-grit sand paper and scrap it gently.
