Not necesarily. For example. If you are not used to see someone without make up and she/(he) one day went around without make up, it would be notable. But I know a lot of girls who look good without make up.

Celebreties are notable though.

the ones who dont photoshop thier pics just put their pics in greyscale so that you cant see anything bad.

or they do an extreme angle shot to cover most of their face.

or they wear really big sunglasses or something.

I find it weird that people are posting pictures of people they seem to know in real life. If a girl you know in real life, even if it's your girlfriend, is your dream girl then I think you're probably lieing to yourself. Almost everyone has a real 'dream girl' who is someone that you basically have no chance of ever getting with, but would dream about it.

Except when K-Fed married Britney Spears back when she was queen of the teen-pop world, he proved there is a slight chance, but he also made less people want to take that chance after the way that mess turned out.
