wow... if you condition your hair every night something is wrong with you. Not only are you de-hydrating the hair by straightening but by conditioning it every night you take away your own natural oils which the hair needs.

I do it every two days, which is indeed HEALTHY for your hair.

You said "if you condition your hair every night it re-hydrates your hair". That information is completly wrong. Doing this every night will only cause more damage to the hair, conditioning the hair everyday is terrible.

btw i don't care what you went over(which you didn't so i'm guessing I went over that), its part of my argument leading to how all of what you said is bad for the hair.

Conditioning your hair helps your hair beyond the roots because it doesn't retrieve any of the natural oil's produced at the roots. Shampooing cleanses the excess oil in the hair, So if you think about it, it isn't bad to hydrate the hair that doesn't get oil naturally, now is it.

Yes it is if you do it everyday because it leaves the hair without any natural oil at all.

Thanks for the replies. I kind of want something that doesn't take much time in the morning because if it takes a while, I tend to stop doing it.

Well just straightening your hair every morning takes 10~20 minutes depending on the person. If you want something that doesn't take long i would suggest a shorter hair style(short in volume but still medium length). Ask for layers/feathering~ in the morning just rub wax in your hands and slightly add it to your hair.

Unless you wanna be called an emo at your school, don't do scene haircut. I suggest a clean cut to about 1 inch lenght. That's what true asians look like.

Xept the back is abit longer, the front is too.
But the sides are abit shorter :(

I say be a ****ing man with balls and leave your hair the way it is, don't take advise of scene crap or whatever, the more you try to straighten your hair the more you will lose in time, yeah you will look "cool" right now, but I don't think you wanna be bald when you are in your mid 20's-30 right?, I've seen LOTS of bald people and stupid kiddies that developed alopecia ariata in the hospital thanks to these idiotic "scene" hair ideas

my best suggestion it's that instead of taking "scene" ideas from ANYONE in any forums, or any pre-pusbescent kid go to your nearest hair saloon and talk with your hair stylist for the best possible advise, they are the experts after all, they know what type of shampoo to use, what kind of gel to maintain your hair, and the best cut for your hair as it is

what does layering means ? sorry, totally clueless about hair styles
