Where are you buying from? If it's eBay, then a seller may send a reciept to your home a long with the physical item if that is what you bought. If you're buying a virtual item, such as RuneScape membership of World of Warcraft time, then no. If you're really worried then change your shipping address to something fictional.

If you use a credit card with your paypal account, tthere will be some info on the credit card bill you receive at the end of each month. So if you want to try to hide something from someone, just keep that in mind if you use their credit card.
