ive took a break into eve online from wow, pretty good, but very frustrating if you dont learn it quick
why did you quit? tired of playing? taking a rest? lol or want to try a new game? wanna have some PK action with me? hahaha! lets meet at rear land neosteam hihihi :p
Tried eve, couldn't get into it, didn't care much for neosteam .. Why did I quit wow? read my first post.. No money/friends quit lol
When I fully - fully quit WoW I was playing Mabinogi.
The guy has no money to keep on playing WoW and you are sending him to a game that demands a monthly fee? D:
Eh I'll have money by next month sometime, so it all should be good .... just moneyless right now cause I'm going to a con this weds .. taking about 1k with me XD and money isn't the only thing that made me quit wow *points up* friends left, only reason I kept playing it lol
Hmm u should really play some fps = ) after i quit wow there's no free mmorpg that holds my interests haha.
Btw nice quote on ur sig , lmao that's me haha.
I quit WoW for the same reasons, except my friends are still in it, just in the main raid group so I got shafted. I'm playing lunia right now though, and waiting for Concerto Gate to come out.

this game resemble's WoW kinda sorta imo.... raiding and pvp... bosses are actually scripted, so you have to try to learn the bosses.. and it's not a point and click, then watch cooldowns kind of game.

this game should be out some time this month... turn-based so it's kind of a chill game.
Though I still believe P2P is better than F2P, if you're paying for it, it weeds out 12 year olds that can't listen or learn, bots, better GM service(admit it, WoW, RO, AoC... they all had awesome GMs), updates.... basically, how I see it... why jump from game to game and waste your time when paying $15/month will serve you better... at least that's for me, cuz I have a habit of playing multiple F2P games at once. So imo, you should find a decent P2P game... though, like any other game, it's much better if you play with friends. Good luck with your search dude, lemme know the results... since im in the same predicament :D
Problem with this is it's all instanced. That kinda ruined it for me.
I quit WoW because my friends convinced me to join a PvP server, and now they log on for maybe 5 minutes a day at most. That, and I'm just burnt out on this boring, over-rated game.
So, until Warhammer comes out, I've been wasting my time on Requiem. A little too many bugs that need to get fixed asap, but it's one of the better free games I've played.
I quit wow after 3 years and tried every game on the market waiting for warammer, found some fun in some of them, but nothing to keep me playing more than 2 weeks. After that i just gave up and quit MMORPG'S until warhammer, as i don't see any point in playing a crap one to fill the time with.
So atm i'm playing Team fortress 2, and it rocks :)
Well, if you want a P2P game, I would highly recommend AoC. It's a great, sucessful game with many unique features. I'm not gonna list them, but look it up, it's really a great game.
If you're looking for B2P, i suggest HG:L. I know what you're thinking, that game epic-failed. But with patch 2.0 coming soon and lots of fixes, re-balances, and additions coming with it, a lot of the player population is coming back.
If you're looking for F2P, i would suggest Mabinogi or Requiem. Both are decent, nothing great about either, in my honest opinion, but time wasters.
