Lmao...what a nerds here. I knew D3 was coming for more then a half year ago. Many people knew, but ofcourse being blizz nothing official ever comes out untill the hype is high enough. If this suprised anyone, they been living in a cage or under a rock. I estimate they already been working on this for over 2 years.
But the game itself will probably not even come out this year. So way to hype some more, but being a diablo fan. I cant wait to get my hands on a copy.

Meh, I never really like diablo all that much.
I'm disappointed with the graphical styling they went from, it just looks like and overhead view of WoW, considering we're now in 2008 I was expecting something dark, gloomy and more atmospheric.
Oh well, it's still early days. Too early to make sure judgements.

What would be cool is a steep contrast between both the Warcraft-like graphics and a more Diablo 2 feel of graphics. It would be interesting to see them both worked into the game.Quote:

Personally I am happy with the decision to stay true to the roots. Their choice of graphics plus gameplay style and control upgrades really make me happy.
Graphics are fine, don't really care if it's ultra realistic next-gen high poly crysis-like, as long as it delivers gameplay wise. At least older PC will be able to run it.

I said, the art style isn't what I would have expected and that I would personally have preferred a dark and more Gothic style.

Yes, crysis graphics would have made it unplayable for most people.
