Nobody I know of, the only people I've seen get severely punished are the ones at the top of the "pyramid of piracy".

If you are so worried about it go use itunes or get the monthly sub thatlimewire has. Besides very few people get caught.

I think of it like littering. Yeah, you might get a 500 dollar ticket for throwing a ****ing bottle out the window, but are you really going to get caught? Chances are slim if you aren't ******ed about it.
