Well it's not dumbass friendly. I just tried it and I seem to be restricted to the pit fighter class? I tried to "recruit" other classes but the option is grey'd out for me. Is there a way to regenerate hp naturally? Like sitting? Is there an inventory you can use while you're in a map? Do you only find gold or can you find items while you're fighting?
This game is a bit of a disappointment so far I agree but I have a bias against "room" games. It seems too fragmented imo
You do some mission with the Pit Fighter, then with the money you earn you buy other classes from the Barracks, in the "Manage Hall" section.
The game is a bit dispersive at start, because they throw you into the tutorial without really explaining much.
You regenerate HP only by potion, and you can only bring 3 of them during a mission. Same with some skills, that have only a determined # of use per mission. They've done it, apparently, to make the game a little more tactical, with no real rushing.
There's no inventory during play, just 3 slots for spirits (Dead character you use to get nice skills, like an archer spirit brings out a turret that fires at enemies) and pots, everything you earn will be added to your hall when you finish the mission.
Item drops are not implemented yet, just gold.
Alright then, i found out i can recruit a pangolin even though he costs 2k. Still can't recruit the other two even though they cost 0 gold. :hmm: I don't like the whole hp/potion system but you know it's not that bad a game. I can see it being half decent when it gets to release but it's still a far cry from its hype. XD
