Why have no traffic lights? Thats just a little insane.
Probably saves a lot of money, and probably causes a lot of accidents.
Thats their manner of getting less people ;)
I remember when I could easily cross the highway in Romania.
They even had horses on the highway.

Yeah, just walk across. And you can even close your eyes if you want to, but I wouldn't rofl. There are some pretty crappy accidents over there too though, but yeah it's better to just trust everyone around you and go for it.
They DO (not as much)have traffic lights... But sometimes when a cop/officer is not there, bikes will still cross the red light ( sometimes, not much... IDK the system over there ).
