Darkness lives among me?

This is been happening since almost Feb...I thought I could deal with it or maybe thought you guys would not know anything about this but, its getting worse and no one that I know seems to have an answer.

It has been a long time but, it wasn't as bad as it is right now.
When I am in the dark I can see shadows of people walking, waving, trying to grab on to me or do whatever.Not a whole group at the same time, just one by one.
Not only people, but I see weird stuff...creepy, some don't even have an explanation or a description.
Example? Hmm...a bleeding arm hanging from the ceiling, dark round circle below my feet, a ball of black worms floating? IDK... some weird shit.

NOTE: This only happens when I do the following...Like I said its been a while and Ive been checking how these things appear to me.

"When there is NO LIGHT, and everything is silent...I close my eyes and wait(basically try to sleep), after that I get this feeling, a feeling like...someone is there with me. It makes me want to open my eyes and...there it is, it only stays for about 3-10 seconds...then it starts to fade away."

I didn't say anything before cause it wasn't so serious; I mean I saw a couple of things but, not as often as I do now. I see them now every night, I've done a few test and they only seem to appear at the times around 12-5AM.
If I tempt to sleep earlier, something ALWAYS wakes me up at early morning(1-3AM lets say)...What wakes me up you might ask? a small shock, a flow of heat and cold at the same time, a small breeze...

I have been trying to look for information about this but nothing really seems to work out.
I know what these things are...I am just not 100% sure.

Anyone have info about this?

yours is not as bad as something I get ( the doctor called it something but forgot the word)

basically it goes like this...

when I am in a quite situation, usually at night, I start to feel a change in my sense of touch......like it suddenly feels more enhanced. After that my sense of hearing is enhanced so much that the faintest of sounds become really loud and annoying.....things like the rustling of the material of my pants or just air blowing throughout the house....and after a little bit of time enduring that it start to get worse and worse..... I have to walk to a place where it is very quite and sit there trying to get the problem to go away.....feels like my head is going to explode.....

just imagine this.....you know the sounds certain lights sometimes make when they are on.....it like the buzzing sound of a insect.....well imagine it getting louder and louder and louder.....


and no before you make a crude drug joke... I don't do drugs.....

I HAVE been saying its my room...but my father says its not...he says its me.

@BanMido: I know what you mean, but I only heard the front door open and close once...and when I went to check I saw someone walking up to the living room, I went up and checked but there was no one after.

Does it only happen in your room?
Have you ever tested somewhere else.. Like, quiet, at night, dark?
I don't think it can be explained by a doctor..
I may have one explanation, but it has to do with religion, so I don't know if you want to hear it, or if you will believe.. If you want to know then I will say it..

Yo, that's creepy. If you typed that much it seems like you really want us to believe you. I am a little skeptical, but I'll guess I can believe you. Maybe try telling a doctor? They'll just dismiss you as psychologically unstable or something though...

I can say the same thing. There would be times where I'm just going about my day and all of a sudden I stop and feel get this nostalgia-type feeling.

your problem sounds like your missing the lord in your life though u might not want him in your life so i cant realy think of any other reson why.
ban mido problem is common of course when you try to sleep your other senses become inhanced happens to me were i can hear everything clear and always thinking soemthings going on outside of my room that i need to get up and check out.

I would love to switch your problem with mine......supernatural things always interest me since I never seen any evidence for it......

though I could swear most of the American population is possessed...with stupid that is.....

oh and I love being scared maybe it's the rapid beating of the heart, maybe the body heating up rapidly, or maybe it's the wtf the moment you get out of it...then you look back on it and laugh.....

I am talking about when I am awake and doing something...like typing a paper on the computer......

my sense of touch changes when I grab something it feels different....hard to explain...like the objects I touch feel thinner or less in volume...the texture changes....then my hearing become abnormally good....I mean like when I go to walk and the texture of each legging of my pants brush against each other it seems so freakin loud that it like being out and dense traffic....and the sense of hearing gets worse and worse things get louder and louder and by that time I am not even paying attention of what happens to my sense of touch...

Religion is a great way to solve these kinds of problems, I'm a muslim, and us kinds believe in ghosts/spirits and whatnot, and we use these Arabic sentences to stop a demon/ghost/spirit from coming near you. I know it sounds like bullshit but it makes you truly believe that the spirit is gone if you believe in it. I believe that these spirits don't really exist but because we think that there's a possibility that they do, we mistake things with spirits. If you don't believe in them or have never heard of spirits (lol), I'm pretty sure that you wont see them.

Well, i dont see people and shit, but most times i feel a strange presence when im trying to fall asleep, and hear loud noises sometimes.
Try not thinking about it? sometimes it works for me.
When i was a kid i did have some serious problems tho, if you can afford to get help, then do.
I used to wake up at the middle of the night, look at the door and see a white like figure, i tried to scream, but it just seamed like i didnt have a voice, nothing came out, and tried to move and couldnt, well after a certain time that figure would just rush to me and id wake up ****ing screaming and scared.
Plus being bullied at school didnt help much, it get home crying, and lets say i didnt have the prettiest childhood... (parents divorced, mom had to work day and night for a few months, and sleeping in my grandmas house didnt help, she has this huge ass backyard with lots of plants and shit, not a pretty sight for a 7 year old at night)
Even today i still have problems sleeping, mostly because of feeling a strange presence, plus i always hear strange banging loud noises, like if someone was hitting a door, and due to that cant sleep much... (but this i know why, recently my house got robbed, and well, it was me the first to get home, when i openned the door i rushed to my room and saw what was missing, i looked at my moms room and saw the lights on, lets just say i ****ing pissed myself and ran as fast as i could, and im pretty much paranoid recently)
But well, just try to ignore that shit and convince yourself thats not true, even if it seems hard, and try go get psychiatric help.

So how do you see things if theres no light at all? Oh wait, you don't. Its just your eyes playing tricks on you and making you see things because you keep thinking about it.

when i was smaller when ever i waked up i used to hear music and sounds in the basements but when i goto the basements i dont hear nothing it usually happens in the morning... but that was like few years ago since that happened now i dont hear nothing lol
