Posting reasons for your vote/support (or non-support) would be encouraged (I will in a bit).

McCain, for reasons that are so obvious they don't need to be stated.

    Obama here.
All we need is for McCain to win so USA get's even more ****ed in the ass.
Hell, we'd go into debt so much, we'd be the poorest country in the world.

    How would McCain do that?

Note: I was originally a Ron Paul supporter, then I almost hopped on the whole "Obama = change" bandwagon like most people until I really started to research both sides and the issues that mattered to me. I'm no Republican by far (if anything, an Anarcho-capitalist), but McCain seems like an obvious choice to me. We will have change no matter who wins, but what direction are you wanting to go?

I'm happy with either of the choices (Support Obama, I'm a Canuck) compared to what you have now, but I'd really like to see someone who isn't an old white guy get elected in the US. I feel that he'd present a different face to the people of the middle east and hopefully allow them to relate to you more (and by relate, I mean shoot at less).

    I support Bush...

    (Senior that is...)

I'm still undecided at this point. They are scheduled to debate soon sometime which I can't wait for. Then is when i'll probably decide. It'll definitely be after the conventions... However, the one thing I don't like about Obama is his 'Hitler Qualities'. I mean, I don't think he plans on killing out a major race but he seems to be startling a nation at a time after "downfall" much like hitler did. Both aren't really saying much of anything. I'm just not sure exactly what either candidate stands for yet. Every commercial or publicity thing, they rarely talk about about the real issues. They talk about things that directly influence most Americans (healthcare, taxes...). Getting out of Iraq seems to be more of a campaign backdrop which I'd like to hear more about than a plan of how to get out because anyone can throw around some numbers.

I am voting for Obama because I disagree with a large part of what McCain supports plus how he is attacking Obama is pathetic. My biggest issue this last 2 weeks has been McCain poked fun at Obama for saying that fully inflated tires won't help, while on the US government site for transportation she showed that inflated tires can save the average america 11 cents a gallon.

McCain, because Obama is a ******. He's changed his stances at least THREE TIMES throughout the election process! He's so obviously a shallow, weak, pathetic little crap who will get NOTHING done at best - ruin this country, at worst - that I can't even see a choice. That's even discounting all of the other evidence that he'll be an abominable president. McCain is terrible, but not that bad.

I'd vote for Paul if I could (Despite his atrocious foreign policy), simply because he's the only candidate with a great plan for the economy, but my crystal ball here tells me he's not going to do so well (To be honest, I thought he'd dropped out already. He running independent or something?).

Another reason that deters me from Obama is his stance/record on gun control and unfounded alienation of gun owners and CCW permit holders.

False is the idea of utility that sacrifices a thousand real advantages for one imaginary or trifling inconvenience; that would take fire from men because it burns, and water because one may drown in it; that it has no remedy for evils, except destruction. The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are of such a nature…Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
