"Warcraft".

For the Records, Blizzard have been sued 2 times and lost both cases in regards to copyright infringement. Here are the cases they have lost.

World of Warcraft - Warhammer (copy right infringement).
Starcraft - Warhammer 40K (copy right infringement).

You're probably thinking (hold on, World of Warcraft and Starcraft was released first.) Correct, but the idea's developement and artistic impressions (down to the very look of characters) was created by Mythic & GamesWorkshop first.
