Best regular PCI slot (NON-express)

What is the best graphics card you can buy for a regular PCI slot?

So far we have seen the FX5200 geforce and it seems good with 256mb vram and 2.0 shaders..is there something better?

Also where is the best place to buy from that ships to canada? thanks.

Yah sorry forgot to mention I'm in canada atm so newegg isn't an option, we ended up going to canada computers or w.e and bought an x1300 256mb vram 3.0 shaders etc. for like 60 bucks.

And yes we would upgrade to another computer but were not exactly rich. This is all they have for about half a year maybe longer.
