- Two Eggs.
- Knife.
- Cutting board.
- Olive oil.
- Slices of Ham.
- Grounded red pepper.
- Pan.
- Pan lid.
- Stove.
Warm up the pan, obviously. Start chopping the slices of ham into to littler pieces. When the pan is at a good temp, pour in some olive oil and toss the ham in there. Let it fry. Stir it every so often for like 5 minutes. Put both eggs in and put on the lid. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Take the lid off and sprinkle some grounded red pepper on it. Let that sit for a few seconds then flip the eggs. Now, put some red pepper on that side. Cook it for another 10-20 seconds and you're done. Serve with rice or by itself.
