    Default Recipe thread.

Alright, so Instead of lurking through google trying to find a somewhat decent recipe that is also easy to prepare, we can have one from the members of OnRpg.
    Right?

So feel free to post your recipes.
I'll edit this post in abit and put the recipe of what I'm cooking now.

Why go to google when you could go to foodnetwork.

    *edited* Poster's remorse.

Seriously: I'm probably about to make a ginormous submarine sammich. Probably with salami, peperoni, peppered ham, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, etc. Will post again when I decide.

But some people make stuff that you don't see on the foodnetwork. Like you and I do. *used to. Now we're lazy*

    Spicy Ham Eggs/Omelette.

    - Two Eggs.
    - Knife.
    - Cutting board.
    - Olive oil.
    - Slices of Ham.
    - Grounded red pepper.
    - Pan.
    - Pan lid.
    - Stove.

Warm up the pan, obviously. Start chopping the slices of ham into to littler pieces. When the pan is at a good temp, pour in some olive oil and toss the ham in there. Let it fry. Stir it every so often for like 5 minutes. Put both eggs in and put on the lid. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Take the lid off and sprinkle some grounded red pepper on it. Let that sit for a few seconds then flip the eggs. Now, put some red pepper on that side. Cook it for another 10-20 seconds and you're done. Serve with rice or by itself.

I actually realized this the other day, it's pretty cool. Before cooking, but after defrosting, soak chicken in ice water. Yes, you heard me, ice water. Take it out after a couple minutes and marinate it in your own style selected, cook it. You'll have the most juciest and tender chicken ever.

    Stuff I just made.

    Pasta with spicy tomato sauce.

    Appliances
    - Cutting bored
    - Cut 'n' Scoop knife (Don't have too, it's just easier)
    - Spatulla
    - Semi-size medium s****
    - A pot *Depending on how much pasta you wanna boil*
    - A skillet

    Food Items
    - 2 cloves of garlic
    - Half an onion
    - 3 cups of tomato juice (Un salted)
    - Thai chili peppers (an amount that you can handle)
    - Extra virgin olive oil
    - Ground beef/

Start off by taking out the cutting board and chopping up the garlic, onion into nice, fine pieces.
After you're done with that, Cut the peppers in half verically.
Make sure to scrape out the seeds to prevent a lot of heat.

Get the skillet hot and poor enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the skillet/pan.
Drop in the ground beef or whatever meat you chose.
As soon as the meat starts turning slightly brown, you pour in the tomato juice, and drop in the vegetables that you cut up. Throw in some spices that you generally like.
Cover with lid and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Now, take the pot, fill it with water about half way and throw in 3 tables****s of salt in the water.
    Wait for it to boil.
As soon as the water has reached a point of boiling, throw in the desired pasta. It could be broad egg pasta, shells, ribbons, whatever you please.

When the pasta is soft, take a piece and throw it again the wall "It won't stain" and if it stays on the wall, it 's ready.
Strain it, put it back in the empty pot with some butter so The pasta won't stick together.

After doing so, wait another two minutes or so and turn off the ground beef.

I'm pretty sure you'll know what to do after that.

    Really?
    Hell, I'll try that.
But won't it necessarily shock the chicken? So it's skin will come off easier?
Yeh. Though I will try that.

    Wtf is wrong with you?

My mouth would be bleeding with a knife, pan, stove and cutting board in my mouth.

I made meatloaf with apple juice, cereal, and some odd looking meat yesterday.

    Tasted great.

My father was a butcher and my brother a chef so I know alot about cooking myself.
Still most people find my food to spicy and to "powerfull",

I got the habit to put smelly things in all my dishes like unions, garlic, french cheese etc.
Still my meat pancakes are very popular in my town.
