i run 4.9 + 7 people chasing me + life threating = 3.9 at least..

makes me scared to go outside after seeing those, some people will randomly snap on you just passing them(COMPLETE stranger) and do horrible things.. scary world. why im startign to lift weights.

lifting wieghts isnt gonna save you from a crowd. better off running. just beat yourself up alot your bones will get thicker to take a better beating.

Crowd fights, better to run if your on your lonesome. But for general notice, the power from a punch comes from the tricep, bulging biceps will tug your arm back making punches weaker. Biceps are for headlocks~
