Return of Warrior is the one I play. Has Race vs Race, and when you get to the Third Map, anytime you see someone of the opposite race, they're an enemy. (Don't know if that makes sense)
Shadowbane. Great game. Or if you dont mind Room-based PvP I guess Rakion or Infinity.

Warhammer (Soon?) - Supposed to be the best PvP game.
DAoC - (Dark age of Camelot) - Great game play a *cough* server if you've played this before.
